TERMS OF USE/PRIVACY POLICY

If you use or contribute to Ratemoon then the following applies:

Parties
We are Dirt and Rust Limited and we operate the Ratemoon site trading under the name ‘Ratemoon’.
You are the account holder of Ratemoon, or you use or contribute ratings to the site.  

Privacy
We won’t pass on any personal information that you provide to us or sell it to any other party for
the purposes of marketing or direct selling.

Any personal information that is collected will be collected for the purposes of:
a) Maintaining the account of the person who provided the information; or
b) Displaying that information if that is the reason it was given to Ratemoon Limited.

Any personal information contributed may be passed on to any assignees of the business of Ratemoon,
who will only be entitled to use the information for the same purposes for which it was collected.

Contributions
Ratemoon exists for the purpose of providing honest opinions about business premises from consumers.
You agree that you will only provide ratings for businesses where you have been a genuine customer,
and confirm the rating amounts to your own honest opinion, is provided in good faith and is
factually correct.

You will not make any contributions that are irrelevant for the purposes of rating a business.

Ratemoon has the right to remove any rating at any time for any reason. If your business has been negatively
rated, and you feel the contributor has posted factually incorrect information, please e-mail us on:
ratemoon@gmail.com. Please include your name, business address, business name and any information you
allege to be factually incorrect.  

All contributions licensed 
Any contributions you make to Ratemoon will remain your copyright, however, by submitting any contribution to
our site you grant an interminable, world-wide, assignable license to us to copy the information posted by any
means and for any purposes and you provide an identical license to any assignees of our business.  

Our copyright
The design of Ratemoon and any site content contributed by us is the copyright of Ratemoon Limited and
may not be used in any way by any other party without our express consent.

NZ Law
This agreement is governed by New Zealand law and you irrevocably submit to the sole jurisdiction of
the New Zealand courts.

Indemnity
If you breach any of these terms of use, and this breach causes any loss whatsoever to Ratemoon
(including legal costs) you will fully indemnify Ratemoon for the full legal costs on a solicitor/client
basis and for the full loss incurred by Ratemoon.
